A recent biochemistry graduate from GVSU, Joseph enjoyed his undergrad experience involved in microbiological work, mainly with Chara cells and protein characterization. Though, delving into a professional career in a genetics counseling lab, he was left desiring a career with just a bit more fresh air. Paring his passion for rock climbing and research, Joseph would go on to explore more of an ecological application of his skills. Under the mentorship of Jodi Hunt, he is brimming with excitement to present a project born from this budding adventure.
