Are you interested in being a part of #TSNconference as a poster presenter on January 23rd – 24th, 2025 at The Kellogg Hotel & Conference Center (Michigan State University) in East Lansing, Michigan? Use the form below to submit your information and we’ll be in touch as soon as we are able to review your abstract!

This year’s deadline for poster abstract submissions is January 1st, 2025. The poster session will occur during the evening of Thursday, January 23rd, and the posters will be on display for the duration of the Conference.

NOTE: the recommended size for a poster is 36″x48″ (standard academic poster dimensions) and the maximum size for our boards is 48″x48″

Earlier is always better, but the final deadline for submissions is January 1st, 2026.

The poster session will occur during the evening of Thursday, January 22nd, and the posters will be on display for the duration of the Conference. This year, we are pleased to announce that all accepted poster presenters will receive a discount code for 20% off your registration fees, compatible with any ticket type.
